so i decided that spring break would be the perfect time to end my bad habits that seem to stick after the new year. seems like a good plan, cuz i simply want to be happy with the person i am, and do what i need to to become that person. i need to respect myself more and love me, cuz nobody else will until i do. it seems people can really sense how you feel about you, and they mirror that feeling. if you like you they do, if you respect you they will. but give the vibe that theres a schism in your feelings, they will have that too. so i am terying to become healthy, lose weight and love me for who i am, cuz i am worth something, and i want to show that feeling to everyone else, so that they think i am worth something too.
